Refund Policy

Non-refundable services

All paid Wasl Dine services are non-refundable unless required by applicable law or explicitly agreed in writing.

• All paid plans are non-refundable.
• Setup fees are non-refundable.
• Monthly subscription fees are non-refundable once activated.
• Dedicated WhatsApp setup fees are non-refundable.
• No refund will be issued for Meta delays, Meta rejections, WhatsApp display name rejection, template rejection, number approval delays, technical limitations, or customer-side delay.
• If the customer stops using the service, previously paid amounts are not refundable.
